{2}After excavation it is thought that this may be a natural area due to the relatively 'clean' nature of the fills.,

{1}A ferrous type anomaly lies on the line of one of the geological trends. It may indicate the presence of fired archaeological remains disturbed by ploughing. Alternaitvely, the reponses may be due to ferrous debris lying in the top soil.
