An Archaeological Watching Brief was carried out at 'Wallgarth', Brixworth Rd, Holcot, Northamptonshire, on behalf of Life Space Developments Ltd. The groundworks involved a reduced level excavation and removal of previous foundations, followed by digging of new foundation trenches and associated works for four new dwellings. The planning authority is Daventry District Council (Planning application No: DA/12/0261). The archive will be deposited in due course with Northamptonshire County Council, subject to their confirmation, Accesion No. NH_HOL12
