Abstract/Summary

An Archaeological Watching Brief was carried out at 'Wallgarth', Brixworth Rd, Holcot, Northamptonshire, on behalf of Life Space Developments Ltd. Stray finds recovered from during the work additionally indicate some activity potentially on-site from probably the 12th century onwards, but with the majority of the material being late 17th-early 18th century date. The planning authority is Daventry District Council (Planning application No: DA/12/0261). The archive will be deposited in due course with Northamptonshire County Council, subject to their confirmation, Accesion No. NH_HOL12
