Abstract/Summary

MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) was commissioned by Wood PLC on behalf of their client to undertake an archaeological trial trench evaluation on land east of Hookham’s Path, Wollaston, Northamptonshire. Seventeen trenches were excavated of which three contained archaeological features comprising ditches and pits. A small quantity of late Iron Age pottery was recovered along with fragments of animal bone.
