Abstract/Summary

Museum of London Archaeology (MOLA) was commissioned to undertake archaeological evaluation through informative trial trench evaluation on land at Litchfield Farm, Irthlingborough. The findings of eighteen trial trenches largely corroborated the geophysical survey, confirming the location of Iron Age ditches that may represent a field system in the southern part of the site and modern quarrying in the east of the area.
