Abstract/Summary

In January 2026, Cotswold Archaeology carried out an archaeological evaluation of land at Grendon Lakes, Grendon, Northamptonshire. A total of five trenches were excavated. The evaluation recorded a small number of ditches and a pit. Dating evidence was minimal, comprising three sherds of Iron Age/Roman pottery. It is possible that at least some of the recorded features represent limited outlying activity associated with Iron Age/Roman features recorded previously in the vicinity of the site.
