Abstract/Summary

Following on from trial trenching by Wessex Archaeology in 1996, further trial trenching and geophysical survey was undertaken by Northamptonshire Archaeology in 1999. This work located a single ring ditch, with an internal diameter of 20m, A trench was cut across the ring ditch, but off-centre. The ditch was V-shape and up to 2.5m wide.
