Abstract/Summary

A desk-based assessment was carried out by Northamptonshire Archaeology for Pioneer Aggregates (UK) Ltd in February-March 1996 on land to the west of Bozeat village. The study has shown that the area contains remains of Romano-British date along with several undated cropmarks of which some are probably natural. An adjacent Romano-British circular stone building area was excavated in 1964.
