Description

{1} Fieldwalking survey of c17ha in an area known to contain cropmarks. The field was non-arable, so the farmer had ploughed linear transects, c24m apart and aligned north-east to south-west, across the area to be investigated. Only small quantities of pottery were found, none significant enough to draw any conclusions.
