Description
{1} In August and September 1998 a 2ha excavation was undertaken, revealing a double-ditched rectangular barrow with two crouched inhumations, a small square enclosure and part of a pit alignment with associated boundary ditches. Finds were sparse, but those recovered suggest a middle Iron Age date.
