Description

{1} Evaluation, comprising fieldwalking survey, trial trenching and documentary research, undertaken along the route of the proposed Warmington Bypass and Tansor Improvements. A number of sites of potential archaeological significance were identified. A total of eight trenches were excavated in 1991 as part of the initial evaluation. [Trenches A-H] SMR Note 17/06/2008: digitisation of trenches very approximate only.
