Summary
A late 18th to early 19th century house with an outbuilding situated on the southern side of Church Street. The house is constructed of coursed limestone with a Collyweston slate roof and gable chimney stacks. The building is single story with an attic lit by three eyebrow dormer windows with hipped roofs. Beneath the dormers is a central doorway flanked by two casement windows with woodern lintels. The outbuilding to the left has one large casement window.

Full Description
House. C18. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. Single storey with attic. 2-window range of C20 casements, in original openings, under wood lintels. 3, hipped, half dormers, with similar casements. Central plank door, with glazed panel, is under wood lintel. Ashlar gable parapets and brick and stone stacks at ends. Lean-to attached to left has large horizontally sliding casement window, with glazing bars, under wood lintel. Outbuilding attached to right now forms part of house. Rear elevation similar with some C20 casement windows and central doorway. Interior not inspected but noted as having open fireplace with bressumer.
