{1} House. C17 altered C18 and C19. Squared coursed lias with C20 concrete tile roof. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of casements with glazing bars, those at ground floor under wood lintels. Central C19 part-glazed door under wood lintel. Fire window to far left. Evidence of blocked door to former through-passage to far right. Roof raised early C20. Brick stacks at ends. C20 extension to rear. Interior: room to left has open fireplace with chamfered bressumer and spine beams. Historical . Catesby and Franklin families. Included for group value and historical connections.
