Full Description

{1}Possible ditched trackway showing in cropmark - runs south-west to north-east with further ditches running off at right angles - possibly defining a field system. Features confirmed by trial trenching, but no pottery,

{2} The photographs show what may be a ditched trackway, with ditches 5m apart, running south west to north east for a distance of c.75m. Further ditches run off from the trackway at right angles at intervals of 30-40m; they may be field boundaries.

{3} Aerial photos NCCAP: SP9874/2+3+4-7

{4} Air photographs show indistince marks of two parallel ditches, possibly a ditched trackway, traceable for about 90m and orientated NNE-SSW.
