Full Description

{1} Single posthole containing 12 sherds of medieval pottery and a shallow "scoop" of natural origin containing medieval pottery were only features denoting possible medieval occupation of site off Brook Street. Both features of mid-13th century date or later.The area has however been considerably disturbed by post-medieval and modern features including cellars.
