Summary

Cropmarks of a possible prehistoric settlement and/or Bronze Age barrow cemetery have been identified on aerial photographs during the Northants NMP. The cropmarks comprise three sides of a large square enclosure and at least four ring ditches, likely the plough-out remains of Bronze Age barrows. Other cropmarks including part of a possible trackway as well as elements of further enclosures have also been recorded.
