Abstract/Summary

Desk based and building assessment revealed that the public house, which dates in part to the early eighteenth century, has undergone alterations over the years. The current proposals include the widening of an existing doorway in the rear wall of an extension to the original building, and the creation of two new windows in a second extension added to the first. Both proposed alterations are restricted to twentieth-century additions.
