{1} Archaeological desk-based assessment of a site at Wellington Road, Raunds, undertaken as the first stage of an archaeological evaluation of the site which is required to provide information regarding the potential of the development to disturb or destroy any buried archaeological remains that may be present at the site, and to formulate appropriate strategies to mitigate that disturbance.
