Description

{1} A survey of land west of Corby amounting to 318ha, although woodland and obstructed areas, meant that the actual area surveyed was 229ha. A number of clearly defined archaeological features were identified including settlement remains of probable late prehistoric or Roman date extending in a linear pattern from the centre of the survey area towards the south-east.
