Full Description

{1} Houses of earlier village remain but in a ruined state having been abandoned and incorporated into farm before 1720. A small country estate had been created by the mid C18th but since this date few alterations have taken place.

{2} Small country estate created by 1756. Chester House with formal garden approached by wide drive.

{3} Series of farm buildings arranged around a courtyard, principally built of stone and timber with slate roofs, dating from 18th to 19th century.
