Full Description

{1} The application lies entirely within the area formerly known as Sandwell Field, which was part of Bozeat's three-field system until enclosure in 1799. No names exist for the individual furlongs wihtin the open field, and none of the fieldnames listed in 1932 is suggestive of former settlement activity.
