Description

{1} The first stage of an archaeological survey of the proposed routes of the Northampton North-West Bypass comprised a desk-based study, walking of arable fields and ground reconnaissance. The DBA revealed 32 sites along the bypass route, including 19 represented by cropmarks. [This record is used as the main archive number].
